I’m a executive director and I’ve just gone through the vision workshop with this wonderful group of Marie, Sarah, and Krista. I’ve been around a lot. I’ve done training on my own. I’ve been to a lot of different trainings, so I’m rather jaded. I’m kind of picky sometimes about what I want to sit through and I sometimes feel like I’ve already learned it all.
I’ve really learned something from this workshop today. It gave me a chance to sit back and reflect on my stage of life, which is a little different from the others, because I’m getting closer to retirement than not. But I still have goals to set. I still have things that I need to do.
So I’m very appreciative of the fact that they’ve taken us through some exercises and given me a lot of food for thought on things that I’m going to continue to do in the future.

Three versions are currently available. For large groups and full day experience, we suggest the Ignite the Realization Envision Experience. For medium size groups looking to fill a half day the Kindle the Momentum Experience is a great fit. For small teams, tight budgets, or high impact high-level workshops Spark the Vision Envision Experience is a best-fit and offers a virtual option.
Ignite the Realization
Medium to Large Groups | Full Day
Experience the transformation in our premium retreat experience. It’s our full team delivering the Envision Retreat, but tailored to your team. Attendees leave clear on the bigger vision and goals, renewed for their role on how to achieve it, and understanding what changes need to be made to realize opportunities. This 6 hour experience can be tailored for a room of individuals/couples or for a larger group all needing to move in the same direction.
Kindle the Momentum
Small to Medium Groups | Half Day
Take a deeper dive in this 4 hour half-day retreat balancing learning with connection. This experience gives attendees space and time to immerse themselves in the exercises and receive feedback on their findings to determine next steps. This program is crafted with medium to large teams, cross-department cohesion, and high achievers in mind.
Spark the Vision
Small to Large Groups | 2 Hr Workshop
Introduce vision casting in this 2 hour workshop-style experience for smaller teams who want an expert-led burst of inspiration. This program is perfect for small teams, single departments, or associations seeking high impact in a short timeframe.
